This was a special Surf Trip because it was the first time that our eight-month old baby boy Kando joined Unravel Surf Travel for the full duration of a trip. And he loved it!!!

It was the third time that we returned to KwaZulu-Natal for a Surf Trip and for the third year in a row we traveled with a group of six clients, all eager to learn surfing while exploring the natural beauty of Southern Africa.

So that’s exactly what we did. We visited the Isimangaliso Wetland Park and Hluhluwe-Imfolozi, the oldest nature reserve in South Africa and home to Africa’s big five.

We traversed Oribi Gorge hunting for wild adventures !!!

And we surfed unspoilt beaches with empty line-ups where powerful waves teach progressive surfing skills.

Also, none of our surf trips would be complete without a daily healthy dose of Yoga, breathing clean fresh air, releasing tension from mind and body.

All in all, this was another incredible surf trip with Unravel Surf Travel and we’re happy to have sent home another group of stoked surfers, all of whom discovered something new while traveling with us.
